You agree to immediately notify BrainSpark of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

5. Point System and Rewards

Points acquired through the platform hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside of the platform's specific digital ecosystem. BrainSpark reserves the right to adjust, reset, or remove points at its sole discretion in cases of suspected cheating, exploitation of bugs, or violation of these Terms.

6. Modifications to Service

BrainSpark reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that BrainSpark shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
